This item comes with a 5-Year Factory Warranty from EcoFlow. A 3-Year Standard Warranty is included automatically from the date of original purchase, covering defects in materials, workmanship, and performance under normal use. An additional 2-Year Extended Warranty is available at no extra charge — activate it by downloading the EcoFlow App, logging into your EcoFlow account, and registering your product using the unit serial number within the standard warranty period. This gives you up to 5 years of total factory warranty coverage. Exclusions apply for damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, disassembly, or exposure to excessive heat or liquids.
