Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on EnergyWarehouse.store by Energy Warehouse LLC.

FREE SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous 48 United States (lower 48). Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and international destinations are not eligible for free shipping; freight quotes will be provided at checkout or upon request.

PROCESSING TIME
Most in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays). During high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES
- Standard (small parcel): 3-7 business days after dispatch
- Freight / LTL (large generators): 5-10 business days after dispatch. A freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control are not grounds for cancellation or refund of shipping costs.

ORDER TRACKING
Your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number. You can also track your order at any time by contacting us at support@energywarehouse.store or +1 (855) 408-9755.

FREIGHT DELIVERIES
Large items (such as standby generators) ship via LTL freight. Deliveries are curbside only unless otherwise arranged. Please inspect all freight shipments for damage before signing the delivery receipt. If you notice damage, note it on the carrier's paperwork and contact us within 48 hours.
