Refund policy
This Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on EnergyWarehouse.store by Energy Warehouse LLC.
RETURN WINDOW
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Items that have been installed, used, or are missing original components are not eligible for return.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
- Opened fuel canisters or batteries that have been charged/used
- Special-order or custom items
- Products with missing serial numbers or damaged manufacturer seals
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Email support@energywarehouse.store with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Do not ship items back without an RMA - unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover return shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using an insured, trackable shipping method.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
EXCHANGES
We do not process direct exchanges. To get a different item, return the original and place a new order.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@energywarehouse.store within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
